Meline Arshakyan

Meline Arshakyan is an experienced finance professional currently serving as a Portfolio Manager and Operational Risk Manager at the Central Bank of Armenia since December 2021. Prior to this role, Meline worked as an Accounting Specialist at GenKey Systems LLC from January 2021 to November 2021. Meline holds a Master's degree in Bank Regulation from the Armenian State University of Economics, completed in December 2022, and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the same institution, obtained in May 2021. Meline also expanded academic knowledge at the University of Applied Sciences at Zwickau from March 2020 to August 2020.
