Enas Magdy

Enas Magdy is an experienced professional currently serving as the Office Manager to the Assistant Sub Governor at the Central Bank of Egypt since September 2023, where responsibilities include facilitating communication within various departments and managing correspondence with government sectors and financial institutions. Prior experience includes a role as a SWIFT Specialist focused on payment systems, as well as a position as Senior Customer Experience at Nahdet Misr Publishing Group, where Enas improved customer services through collaboration with IT and marketing teams. Enas also worked at HSBC, delivering premier customer service across the UAE and MENAT, supporting banking operations and client services. Earlier career roles included customer service positions at VOIS and internships at various organizations. Enas holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Cairo University.
