Mohamed El Ashry is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in capital markets and debt management. Currently serving as the Head of the Money and Capital Markets Development Department at the Central Bank of Egypt since September 2019, Mohamed has also recently worked as a short-term consultant for the World Bank, focusing on government bond market development.
