Yasmin Fayad

Yasmin Fayad, MSc., is a Regulatory Sandbox Analyst at the Central Bank of Egypt, specializing in fintech and innovation since October 2021. Prior experience includes serving as a Talent Analyst at Algebra Ventures, where significant contributions involved establishing the AV Σigma talent network, developing community goals, and analyzing HR data for strategic decision-making. Yasmin also volunteered as a Trainer and Mentor at Alashanek Ya Balady, assisting youth from orphanages in launching their own projects, and worked as an Assistant Lecturer at the German University in Cairo, delivering courses in strategic management and human resources. Additional roles include Associate at USAID's SEED project, Professional Basketball Player, and a marketing intern at Emaar. Yasmin holds a Master's degree in Strategic Management and a Bachelor's degree in Management Technology from the German University in Cairo.
