Alan Briscoe

Alan Briscoe has over three decades of experience in financial services and regulatory roles. Currently, Alan serves as the Head of Regulatory Transactions at the Central Bank of Ireland, where responsibilities include executing regulatory strategies and participating in key senior management committees. Prior positions include membership on the Global LEI Regulatory Oversight Committee and leadership roles at Goodbody Stockbrokers, overseeing operations and driving significant organizational changes. Alan’s background also encompasses business development at FileNet and various IT consulting roles at Irish Life & Permanent. Alan holds an FCCA in Accounting, a Master of Business Studies from UCD Smurfit Business School, and a B.Comm from University College Dublin.
