Claire McGrade

Claire McGrade currently serves as the Head of the Resolution and Crisis Management Division at the Central Bank of Ireland, a position held since March 2016, and previously was the Deputy Head of the Enforcement Division. With a strong background in litigation at Arthur Cox, where Claire was a Partner in Litigation and Dispute Resolution, and experience as a Board Member for One Family and as a member of the ADR Committee at the Law Society of Ireland, Claire has developed expertise in commercial, insurance, and financial services litigation, specializing in regulatory investigations and insolvency-related matters. Education includes a Master's degree in Business (Leadership and Management Practice) from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Trinity College Dublin, and various diplomas in arbitration from University College Dublin.
