Eida Mullins

Eida Mullins is the Head of Function in the Banking Inspections Division at the Central Bank of Ireland, a position held since September 2016, overseeing Capital, Treasury/Liquidity, and Credit Risk Inspections, as well as operations and training for Banking Supervision. Prior to this role, Eida served as the Head of Section for European Supervisory Policy at the European Central Bank from September 2014 to September 2016, managing various aspects of supervisory policy and representing the ECB at European meetings. Eida’s earlier experience at the Central Bank of Ireland includes serving as Deputy Head of Banking Policy, where notable achievements included leading technical negotiations on CRD IV/CRR during Ireland's EU Council Presidency. Additional roles span across KPMG Ireland and earlier positions at the Central Bank, with a solid educational foundation in Finance and Agricultural Science from University College Dublin.
