Kirsten Connolly

Kirsten Connolly is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in communications and organizational transformation. Currently serving as Transformation Lead and Principal Programme Advisor at the Central Bank of Ireland since January 2019, Kirsten has also held leadership roles such as Lead Architect for Future @ Work and Head of Communications. Prior to this, Kirsten spent a decade at the Health Service Executive, where responsibilities included shaping organizational culture as Director for Organisation Culture and leading strategic communications as Deputy National Director of Communications. Earlier career roles included Client Director at Insight Consultants and Account Director at Elevate PR. Kirsten holds a Diploma in Business & Executive Coaching from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and an Executive MBA from the same institution, as well as a B.A. in Communications and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Public Relations.
