Mary Everett is a seasoned economist with extensive experience in monetary policy and central banking. Currently serving as a Monetary Policy Advisor at the Central Bank of Ireland since January 2019, Mary has a rich background that includes a role as a Visiting Central Bank Research Fellow at the Bank for International Settlements in early 2018. From 2002 to 2018, Mary held various positions at the Central Bank of Ireland, including Manager of the Monetary Policy Committee and Eurosystem, as well as Senior Economist and Economist. Mary holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Economics from Trinity College Dublin, a Diploma in Finance Law from the Law Society of Ireland, and a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Economics from University College Cork.
