Penny Thairu

Penny Thairu has an extensive career in the banking industry, with experience in various roles related to payments services. Currently serving as the Manager of Digital Payments Services at the Central Bank of Kenya, Penny previously held the position of Head of Payments at I&M Bank Ltd. Throughout their career, Penny has built valuable relationships and had enriching encounters that have contributed to their growth in the industry. Penny holds a Master of Business Administration from Strathmore Business School, a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management and Services from KCA University, and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika. Penny also attended the Kenya School of Monetary Studies.
