Philip Watti

Philip Watti is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance and technology within the banking sector. Currently serving as a Portfolio Manager at the Central Bank of Kenya since August 2018, Philip also holds the position of Business Analyst at the World Bank Group, where responsibilities include providing business analysis for the Reserves Advisory Management Program. Prior to these roles, Philip was the Enterprise Services Manager at the Central Bank of Kenya from September 2006 to March 2016, overseeing IT project management and banking platform administration. Philip's earlier career includes positions as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Simon Fraser University and an Application Developer/Analyst at the Central Bank of Kenya, where significant contributions included the design and implementation of the RTGS module. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Financial Risk Management from Simon Fraser University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Egerton University.
