Will Apollo

Will Apollo has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Will currently holds the position of Head of Compensation, Benefits & Analytics at Central Bank of Kenya, where they contribute to the development and delivery of the Bank's human resources and Total Compensation Strategy. In their previous role as Head of Compensation, Benefits & Analytics at NCBA Group, Will led the design and implementation of the organization's total remuneration strategy. Will has also worked in various managerial roles in compensation, benefits, and analytics at NCBA Group and Commercial Bank of Africa. Additionally, Will has prior experience as an HR Generalist at Shelter Afrique and has worked as a Senior HR Consultant at Deloitte. Will began their career as an Officer in HR Operations at Commercial Bank of Africa and gained experience in resourcing and performance management. Will's work experience also includes roles at Tazina Investments Ltd and CBA. Will has served as the Mentor Affairs Director at Greenhorn Mentorship Program.

Will Apollo attended the College of Human Resource Management (CHRM) from 2014 to 2015, where they earned a Higher National Diploma in HR. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2013, Will attended UoN and obtained a BCOM degree in Accounting.
