Paul I. Oluikpe, PhD, ACIB, currently serves as the Head of Commercial Agriculture Credit at the Central Bank of Nigeria, where responsibilities include facilitating access to finance for commercial agriculture and stimulating exports. With extensive experience in financial inclusion and policy formulation, Paul has held various leadership positions within the Central Bank, including Head of the Financial Inclusion Delivery Unit and Head of the Strategy Coordination Office. Previous roles include Chief Executive at TRACKS UK, where strategic direction was provided to fundraising efforts, and Consultant for the World Bank, developing frameworks for library services. Paul’s educational background includes a PhD from Loughborough University, an ACIB from the Chartered Institute of Bankers, and a Postgraduate Diploma from the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, among other qualifications.
