Khayaladdin Taghiyev

Khayaladdin Taghiyev, Ph.D is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of California, Irvine in the School of Social Sciences. Prior to this, they held positions such as Associate Professor at Azerbaijan Technical University and Senior Specialist at the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Their expertise lies in payment systems, electronic banking, and money transfer. They also have experience as a Project Manager at SOCAR Midstream Operations Limited and as a Senior Researcher at The Institute for Scientific Research on Economic Reforms. They hold a postgraduate degree in Macroeconomics and digital payments from the University of California, Irvine, a PhD in Modeling the impact of electronic payments on economic growth, and a Master's degree in Strategic Management.
