Parviz Guliyev

Parviz Guliyev is an experienced IT professional with a background in network design, system administration, and IT audit. With a Master's degree in Informatics and Computation, Parviz has held positions at companies such as the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Bakcell, and ASB Bank. Currently, Parviz serves as the Head of IT Audit Division and Senior IT Auditor at the Central Bank, where Parviz reviews and assesses information systems, IT risks, and compliance with various standards. Prior to this, Parviz worked as an IP-MPLS Engineer at Bakcell and as an IT specialist at ASB Bank, focusing on network administration, system administration, and Swift administration.
