Arta Hoxha

Arta Hoxha, PhD, currently serves as Chair of the Governance, Ethics and Human Resources Committee and as a Member of the Board of Directors at the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosova since May 2023. With extensive experience, Hoxha has held positions including Chargé de Programme at Lux-Development since February 2018, Acting Chair of the Board of Directors and Chair of the Audit Committee at the Kosovo Credit Guarantee Fund from June 2018 to June 2023, and Chair of the Audit Committee in the Office of the Prime Minister of Kosovo until May 2023. Additional roles include membership in the Kosovo Sovereign Wealth Fund Working Group, Senior Consultant at ASD Group, and various teaching positions at AAB College and universities in Prishtina and Prizren. Hoxha holds a PhD in Economics and an MSc in Economics for Business Analysis from the University of Staffordshire.
