Doniyor Nafasov

Doniyor Nafasov has extensive work experience in the banking industry, primarily in Uzbekistan. Doniyor started their career in 2008 at the Joint-stock company "National Bank for Foreign Economic Activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan" where they held various roles including Head specialist of the Sector of Lending and Project financing. In 2016, they joined ASIA ALLIANCE BANK JSCB and served as Deputy Head Of Department and later as Branch manager of Chilanzar. Since 2020, they have been working at the Central Bank of Uzbekistan, first as Deputy Head Of Division of the Department of Prudensial supervision of credit organizations and currently as Deputy Director of Department for maintaining the state register of credit information.

Doniyor Nafasov has a diverse education history reflecting their interests in finance, banking, and risk management. Doniyor recently completed their Master's degree, specializing in FinTech, risk, and investment analysis, at the University of Sussex from 2021 to 2022. During this program, they focused on the subjects of accounting, finance, and computer science.

Prior to that, Doniyor pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Risk management in the banking system at the Tashkent Financial Institute from 2014 to 2017. This indicates their commitment to in-depth research and knowledge in the field of risk management.

Before their PhD studies, Doniyor obtained a Master's degree in International banking from the Tashkent Financial Institute from 2007 to 2009, building a solid foundation in the banking industry.

Doniyor'sacademic journey started with a Bachelor's degree in Banking from the Tashkent Financial Institute, which they completed from 2003 to 2007.

Before entering higher education, Doniyor received their secondary education at the 1st Lyceum of the Karakul, Bukara region, Uzbekistan, from 1999 to 2003. During this period, they specialized in the fields of Mathematics and Economics.

Finally, Doniyor's educational background began with their primary education at the 19th primary school of Karakul, Bukhara region, Uzbekistan, from 1992 to 1999.

In addition to their formal education, Doniyor has also obtained a certification in Project Management from PM Expert in January 2023. This certification demonstrates their commitment to professional development beyond academic qualifications.
