Ziyodulla Fozilov

Chief Economist at Central Bank of Uzbekistan

Ziyodulla Fozilov has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Ziyodulla most recently worked as a Chief Economist at the Central Bank of Uzbekistan, starting in 2020. Prior to that, they were a Research Intern at the International Food Policy Research Institute in 2019. Ziyodulla also gained experience as an Administrative Assistant at the Université de Paris in 2018. From 2010 to 2017, they worked at the Central Bank of Uzbekistan in various roles, including Senior Accountant, Senior Economist, Economist in the First Category, and Specialist in the Second Category. Before that, they worked as a Teaching Assistant at Tashkent State University of Economics and as an Intern at the Bekabad District Tax Inspection.

Ziyodulla Fozilov pursued their education starting from 2006 to 2010 at Tashkent State University of Economics, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in World Economy and International Economic Relations. Ziyodulla furthered their education by completing a Master's degree in Mathematical Methods in Economics and Finance from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, during the period from 2017 to 2019.

In addition to their academic degrees, Ziyodulla Fozilov has also obtained various certifications. In February 2012, they acquired a General Accounting Certificate from the International Auditing and Accounting Center. Later, in March 2023, Ziyodulla obtained a certification in Financial Accounting from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
