Perry Pratt has over 20 years of work experience, beginning with their role as a Runway Supervisor in the United States Marine Corps in 2001. Perry then worked as an ASE Certified Auto Technician at Don McGill Toyota from 2002 to 2005. Following this, Perry joined Checkfree Corp as an Applications Support Specialist, ensuring customer satisfaction and providing technical support. In 2006, they joined Fiserv, where they held the positions of Senior System Administrator and Manager of Information Technology. At Fiserv, Perry implemented cost-saving measures and achieved compliance with industry standards. In 2013, they joined Allegiance Bank as the Vice President of Information Security Officer, progressing to Senior Vice President of Information Technology and finally Executive Vice President of Information Technology. At Allegiance Bank, Perry played a key role in the company's growth and expansion, successfully managing multiple mergers and acquisitions, a major hurricane, and a global pandemic. Perry developed a strategic roadmap for technology initiatives and reorganized technology services to enhance support. Currently, Perry is employed as the Chief Technology Officer at Central Bank Houston.
Perry Pratt completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Chapman University between the years 2000 and 2002.
