Matthew Schaumburg

Matthew Schaumburg has a diverse work experience in various roles within the manufacturing industry. Matthew currently serves as the Director of Operations at Central Boiler, Inc. Prior to this, they worked as a Production Manager, Manufacturing Project Manager, Implementation Facilitator, and Electronics Technician/R&D Technician at the same company. Before joining Central Boiler, Inc., Matthew worked at Lindholm Welding as an Automation Technician/CNC Plasma Operator, where they gained experience in hydraulic clamping, prototype parts development, and CNC plasma cutting. Matthew also had a role as an Automation Technician/Intern at Arctic Cat, where they were responsible for designing, engineering, testing, and troubleshooting automated assembly and testing fixtures, as well as providing technical support for production lines.

Matthew Schaumburg attended Northland Community and Technical College from 2007 to 2009, where they pursued an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Electronics Technology Automated Systems. Following that, they enrolled at Bemidji State University from 2012 to 2017, where they focused on Manufacturing Managment within the field of study of Manufacturing Technologies.
