Stephanie Delgado

Stephanie Delgado has over 10 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Stephanie is currently the Director of Provider Recruitment at Central California Faculty Medical Group (CCFMG) and University Centers of Excellence, where they manage physician and APP recruitment for primary and specialty care. Prior to this, Stephanie worked as a Manager of Provider Recruitment at the same organization and was responsible for building relationships with internal stakeholders and healthcare partners to understand staffing needs. Before joining CCFMG, Stephanie worked as a Provider Recruitment specialist at Mercy Medical Center - Des Moines, where they utilized their networking skills to build talent pipelines for physician and APC positions. Stephanie also developed strategic plans to promote opportunities and find candidates efficiently. Stephanie's experience also includes working as a Recruiter at Community Regional Medical Center, where they led recruitment efforts for various departments and provided consultation to hiring managers. Stephanie began their career as a Recruitment Specialist at Clarks Americas, contributing to the development and implementation of the corporate recruitment strategy. Stephanie also has experience as a Recruiter at American Income Life, where they focused on sourcing and maintained new hire contracts and promotions.

Stephanie Delgado obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies from California State University, Fresno, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Following that, they pursued further education at UMass Boston from 2008 to 2009, where they obtained a Certificate in Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies. In terms of additional certifications, Stephanie obtained a Social Healthcare Recruitment Certification from Doximity in November 2018. Additionally, they acquired a Social Talent Black Belt Certificate from Social Talent in February 2016.
