Dave Santoemma

Dave Santoemma MBA, CPPS serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Central Carolina Hospital since January 2024, having previously held the role of Interim Chief Executive Officer. Prior to this, Dave worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Starr Regional Medical Center from February 2022 to April 2024 and as the Associate Administrator at Saline Memorial Hospital between July 2019 and February 2022. Dave's earlier experience includes significant roles at LifePoint Health® as the Director of Physician Relations and Business Development and at Memorial Hospital of Martinsville and Henry County, where responsibilities encompassed customer service management and registration. Dave earned a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix from 2014 to 2016.
