Steven C. Gross

Dr. Steven Gross, originally from Iowa, earned his undergraduate degree at Old Dominion University (Go Monarchs!) and medical degree at Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia. He completed both his surgical residency and a two-year postgraduate cancer research fellowship at The Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center while at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (Go Heels!). Dr. Gross finished fellowships in Esophageal Surgery and Minimally Invasive Surgery at the Oregon Clinic in Portland, Oregon. He did research on Natural Orifice Transluminal Endoscopic Surgery (NOTES) with USGI Medical.
