Cindy Speer

Cindy Speer, PhD, currently serves as the Assistant Administrator, Campus Counselor, and Instructional Support Director at Central Christian Academy since February 2022. Simultaneously, Cindy has been a Group Supervisor at Storybook Village Child Development Center since January 2017 and a Piano Instructor at Speer Music since January 1999. Previous roles include Adjunct Instructor and Graduate Assistant at Waynesburg University, where courses in professional ethics and clinical mental health counseling were taught. Additionally, counseling experience includes a role at SPHS Care Center and various doctoral internships at institutions such as Allison Park Elementary School and Washington City Mission. Cindy holds a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision from Waynesburg University, complemented by an MEd in Counselor Education from the University of Pittsburgh and a BA in English/Secondary Education from Houghton University.
