Central Christian School
Alissa Harrison is an experienced professional currently serving as the Aftercare Coordinator and In-House Substitute Teacher at Central Christian School since July 2022, where responsibilities include managing after-school programs and overseeing child care monitors. Prior roles include Teacher Assistant at both City Garden Montessori School and Central Christian School, where Alissa contributed to classroom management and student development. As a Freelance Writer on Medium, Alissa writes opinion articles on current issues and cultural topics. Additional experience includes positions as a Public History Educator for the Missouri Historical Society, a Community Outreach Volunteer for Fluer De Lis Development Corporation, and a Communications Intern with The Tiny Cupboard. Educational credentials include a Master of Public Administration from Ohio University, multiple certifications from the International Sports Sciences Association, and degrees in Liberal Studies and General Transfer from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and St. Louis Community College, respectively.

Central Christian School educates children ages 3 through 6th Grade in the greater St. Louis, Missouri metropolitan area.
