Kascadare Causeya

Kascadare Causeya, MBA, has extensive experience in benefits enrollment and management, currently serving as the Director of Benefit Enrollment and Money Management Services at Central City Concern since March 2008. In this role, Kascadare oversees daily operations, including hiring and training staff, maintaining critical relationships with the Social Security Administration and other agencies, and supervising various teams. Previously, Kascadare worked as a Benefits & Entitlement Specialist at Central City Concern, assisting clients in acquiring Social Security benefits. Earlier experience includes the role of Shelter Director at P.A.T.H., where responsibilities encompassed fundraising, scheduling, and overall shelter management.
