Kimberly Farrow, MD, MHCM has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the healthcare industry. From 2016 to the present, they have served as President and CEO of Central City Integrated Health, overseeing clinical operations and assuming the role of Interim President and CEO from 2019 to 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Clinical Operations and Chief Medical Officer at the same organization. Additionally, Dr. Farrow has served as a Clinical Assistant Professor at Wayne State University School of Medicine since 2021. Kimberly has previously worked as a physician at DMC/WSU from 2009 to 2019 and as Chief Executive Officer of Detroit East Health Services from 2015 to 2016. Kimberly'sexperience also includes serving as Medical Director at Gateway Integrated Care Person Centered Medical Home from 2013 to 2015, where they implemented quality assurance protocols, developed an electronic medical record system, and established partnerships with health plans and County Health Authority.Overall, Dr. Farrow has demonstrated expertise in leadership, clinical practice, and healthcare management throughout their career.

Kimberly Farrow, MD, MHCM, obtained their Master in Health Care Management from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health in the years 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, they earned their Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from Wayne State University School of Medicine, specializing in Internal Medicine. Kimberly completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Notre Dame, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology, African American Studies, and Pre-med. Kimberly also holds a certification as a Board Certified in Internal Medicine from the American Board of Internal Medicine.

We are passionate about improving health outcomes for vulnerable populations in Detroit. CCIH is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), As a FQHC, CCIH has integrated primary medical, dental, mental health services along with housing and support services. Over 4,200 individuals were served through the wide array of services that we provide and the 500 affordable housing units we manage in Detroit. CCIH receives Federal funding from Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), and U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) to support our health center, community outreach, integration of behavioral and primary health services, reentry programs, and housing development.
