Nicola Thomas

Nicola Thomas has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as the Senior Leadership and Learning Manager at Central Co-op since September 2017. Previous roles at Central Co-op include Early Careers Manager, Talent and Workforce Planning Manager, and Attraction and Recruitment Manager. Prior to this, Nicola held the position of Resourcing/Recruitment Manager at OneStop Stores Ltd and worked as a Resourcing Advisor at TNT Express. Earlier career experience includes serving as Recruitment Manager at Boots Opticians and various HR roles at Dollond & Aitchison, starting as a Senior Human Resources Officer and progressing through roles in systems and training. Nicola began the professional journey as a Management Trainee at Marks and Spencer. Academically, Nicola holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Birmingham City University and a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and Management from Aston University.
