Tara Walling has a solid background in energy trading and management, with experience in various companies such as Central Coast Community Energy, Redding Electric Utility Department, Shell, Bonneville Power Administration, and PPL Corporation. Tara is skilled in hedge and speculative marketing of hydroelectric and thermal resources in a real-time operations environment. Tara's responsibilities include bilateral trading with specific counterparties. Education includes a certification in Energy from Portland State University. Formerly served as an Executive Assistant and Project Manager to the CIO at SCOTTISH POWER (Pacificorp).
