Eric Fay

Eric Fay currently serves as the Assistant Softball Coach at Central College since January 2023. Previously, Eric held the position of Strategic Advisor for Insurance Solutions and Services at Clearwater Analytics from November 2023 to October 2025. Eric's extensive experience in the financial services industry includes over 20 years at Hartford Investment Management Co. (HIMCO), where responsibilities included serving as Managing Director and Head of Business Operations. In this role, Eric was a member of the Executive Leadership team and managed various operational aspects, including Investment Operations and Information Technology. Other notable positions include Chief Operating Officer at Hartford Variable Insurance Trust and roles at The Hartford, Guardian Life, Advest Bank, and Chase Bank of Connecticut. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems from Western Connecticut State University.
