Mark Putnam

Mark Putnam has extensive experience in higher education administration, currently serving as President of Central College since July 2010. Prior to this role, Mark held significant positions at Northeastern University, including Senior Vice President for Executive Affairs and Chief of Staff, as well as Director of the Office of University Planning and Research. Mark's career also includes various leadership roles at Connecticut College, Alliance Theological Seminary, and other institutions. Academic qualifications include a Doctorate in Higher Education Administration and multiple master's degrees from Teachers College, Columbia University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from Alliance University.
