Alicia Shim is an experienced Occupational Therapist and Case Manager currently working at KM Medical Management since January 2011 and at Central Community Care Access Centre since January 2013. Alicia holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Occupational Therapy from McMaster University and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) with Honors in Kinesiology and Health Science from York University.
