Kelly Ziskinder has extensive experience in community and palliative care coordination, currently serving as a Community Care Coordinator at Central Local Health Integration Network since March 2004 and as a Care Coordinator at Central Community Care Access Centre since March 2003, where also acts as a Resource Nurse for Palliative Care. Previous roles include PSW Educator at York Region District School Board and Travel RN at O'Grady Peyton International. Kelly Ziskinder began nursing career as a Staff RN in the Transplant Unit at University Health Network. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science of Nursing (BScN) from Ryerson University, a Nursing Diploma from Humber College, and additional training through McMaster University Continuing Education.
