Kelly Ziskinder

Kelly Ziskinder has extensive experience in community and palliative care coordination, currently serving as a Community Care Coordinator at Central Local Health Integration Network since March 2004 and as a Care Coordinator at Central Community Care Access Centre since March 2003, where also acts as a Resource Nurse for Palliative Care.
