Nitin Goel P.e.

Nitin Goel, P.E. is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Optimization Manager at Central Contra Costa Sanitary District since October 2015. In this role, Nitin has transitioned the Asset Management Program for the Treatment Plant from planning to implementation, following leadership of the Treatment Plant aspect of the Comprehensive Wastewater Master Plan. Previous experience includes positions as National Disinfection Technologist at Kennedy/Jenks Consultants, where Nitin led technical outreach and project teams for wastewater treatment plants, and as Senior Engineer at Carollo Engineers, where Nitin designed UV systems and authored technical reports for disinfection systems. Nitin's academic background includes a Master's degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Duke University and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
