Central Development Projects (CDP) was established in 2002 and has since grown into one of South Africa’s largest privately owned construction companies. Backed by a management team with over 150 years of collective industry experience, we are proud to deliver projects that set benchmarks for quality and reliability.

As part of the Cosmopolitan Projects and Central Developments Property Group, which has been shaping the property landscape since 1992, CDP plays a key role in delivering an average of 5 000 units annually, including residential housing, retirement estates, and commercial developments.

Our high-performance team subscribes unwaveringly to ownership, teamwork, integrity and transparency.

We are dedicated to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. Whether building homes, communities, or commercial spaces, we approach every endeavour with a passion for excellence and a commitment to transforming visions into reality.
