Katy Boustead

Katy Boustead is a Senior Design Manager at Central Element, where they have been leading design initiatives since 2025. Previously, Katy held roles as a Design Manager at Hines from 2022 to 2025 and at Multiplex from 2017 to 2022. Their journey in architecture began as an Architectural Assistant at Roth Architects in 2009, and they served as a Design Coordinator at Brookfield Multiplex from 2016 to 2017. Katy holds multiple degrees in architecture, including a Master of Architecture from both the Politecnico di Torino and the Akademie der bildenden Künste Wien, as well as a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Technology, Sydney.
