Katie Marcotte

Katie Marcotte has extensive experience in educational leadership, currently serving as School Principal and previously holding roles such as Director of Equity, Empowerment & Excellence for Students with Disabilities and Assistant Principal at Central Falls School District since November 2017. Prior to this, Katie worked as an Assistant Principal at Providence Public Schools and as Director of Special Education at Nowell Leadership Academy. Early career experience includes serving as a Special Educator at Central Falls School District, where responsibilities included teaching students with severe intellectual disabilities and coordinating transitions. Katie holds a Master of Education in Special Education Administration and a Certificate in K-12 Administration from Rhode Island College, where a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Special Education was also earned.
