Steven D. has an extensive background in software development and management, currently serving as the Manager of Software Development and a Software Architect at Central Florida Expressway Authority since June 2015, following a tenure as Senior Software Engineer. Prior experience includes working as a Systems Analyst at Orlando Orange County Expressway Authority from March 2011 to June 2015 and as a Computer Support Specialist at Practice Technologies from July 2008 to March 2011. Steven D. holds a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the University of Central Florida, where studies took place from 2017 to 2020, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the same institution, completed between 2013 and 2015. Additionally, an Associate of Science in Computer Programming was obtained from Valencia College from 2008 to 2011.
