Linda Cappadona

Linda Cappadona is currently the Director at True Health. Linda has over 25 years of experience in leading and directing hardware and software programs from concept through development and product release. Linda is also responsible for product packaging concepts and marketing materials. Prior to joining True Health, Linda was a Program Manager at Adaptec from January 2001 to December 2005 where they reported schedule and budget status against the baseline to executive management on a weekly basis. From January 1996 to December 2001, Linda worked as an R&D Financial Analyst at Lucent Technologies (BELL LABS) where they managed a $134M R&D expense budget and $100M+ capital budget. Linda has a proven track record in successfully managing large budgets and teams as well as developing creative solutions to complex problems.

Linda Cappadona has a capture strategy executive program from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, an MBA in technical management from University of Phoenix, and a BS in mechanical engineering from Penn State University. Linda also has miscellaneous training from various schools.
