Roy Carlton

Roy Carlton is an experienced financial executive with a robust background in healthcare finance. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at the Chicago Family Health Center since September 2023 and at True Health since October 2022, Roy has held several CFO positions including at Palm Vascular Centers, Legacy Physical Health, and Alternate Family Care Management. Prior to these roles, Roy served as Director of Operational Accounting at TrustBridge Health and held various finance leadership positions at NHS Miami & SFL.U.M.-Branches. Roy completed a Master of Accounting from Nova Southeastern University and holds a BA in Accounting and IT from DePaul University, along with an MS in Accounting CPA from Nova Southeastern University.
