Diem Nguyen

Diem Nguyen has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. From 2016 to the present, they have been working at Central Food Retail Group (CFG), starting as a Business Development Manager and then moving on to become the Head of Transformation Plan. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Merchandise Business Performance and Data intelligence at CFG. Prior to this, they worked at Foodtech Viet Nam as the Deputy Director from 2007 to 2015. Before that, they held the position of Technology Department Manager at Thanh Nam JSC of Engineering and Technology Transfer Company in 2006. Furthermore, they worked as a Consultant Engineer at the Department of Inspection and Technology Transfer Company from 2004 to 2006. Diem began their career in the industry at Asia Foods Cooperation in 2003, focusing on product research and development.

Diem Nguyen earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Chemical Engineering from Da Nang Technology University in 2003. In 2010, they obtained a Certificate of Project Management from Ho Chi Minh City Open University in Vietnam. Lastly, in 2014, Diem Nguyen completed their education with an MSc in Project Management from the University of Birmingham, specializing in Mechanical Engineering.
