Chuck Jester

Chuck Jester has extensive work experience, starting in 1996 with Abbott as a Chemical Operator and progressing through various roles including Manufacturing Line Coordinator and Manufacturing Quality Supervisor. Chuck then worked at Ocean Spray Cranberries, where they held multiple positions including Plant Production Manager, Training and Development, Performance Excellence Lead, and Operations Supervisor. Chuck later joined SC Johnson as a Production Manager and Rust-Oleum Corporation as a Production Manager. Prior to their current position as Director of Operations at Central Garden & Pet, Chuck worked at AkzoNobel as a Plant Production Manager. Throughout their career, Chuck has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a track record of successfully managing plant operations and implementing improvement initiatives.

Chuck Jester earned a Bachelor's degree from Illinois State University, where they attended from 1990 to 1994. Chuck also holds additional certifications including PMMI certified trainer from PMMI: The Association for Packaging and Processing Technologies in 2012, Six Sigma Green Belt from Oriel STAT A MATRIX in 2006, and certifications in Extended DISC Facilitator and Kirkpatrick Four Levels Evaluation - Bronze Level.
