Kent Kasischke

Kent Kasischke currently serves as the Enterprise Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Manager at Central Health, overseeing DEI at CommUnityCare Health Centers. Prior to this role, Kent worked as the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Program Manager at Centene Corporation, where Kent focused on executing DEI strategies nationwide. Before that, Kent gained experience in learning and development consulting, teaching assistant roles, and conducting research in neurobiology and psychology. Kent holds a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School and a Bachelor of Science in Neurobiology and Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin.
