Steve Proto is the President and Owner of Beautique Day Spa & Salon, where responsibilities include overseeing a team of over 175 employees, financial planning, purchasing, hiring, and launching educational initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Prior to this role, Steve served as the Director of Business Development at Main Street Capital Corporation from 1998 to 2005, focusing on strategic acquisition initiatives and securing high-value contracts. Earlier experience includes a position as Business Development Manager at Waste Management, Inc., where Steve facilitated communications between field teams and upper management while managing data and report compilation for the acquisition program. Steve Proto holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business and a BS in Audio Technology from American University.
