Alex Ellick

Manager - Cloud And Enterprise Services at Central Hudson

Alex Ellick has a diverse work experience in the field of technology. They started their career as an Assistant System Analyst at Central Hudson in October 2017. They then progressed to become an Associate System Analyst, where they led the technical implementation of Oracle Mobile Workforce Management and revamped the company's ArcGIS Enterprise deployment. As a BASIS/Infra Lead, they played a vital role in the deployment of SAP solutions and designed infrastructure architecture. They also worked as a Systems Specialist Project Leader, contributing to various projects. Currently, Alex holds the position of Director of Cloud and Enterprise Services at Central Hudson. Prior to joining Central Hudson, Alex worked as a Client Systems Administrator at netEffx Inc. from August 2014 to October 2017.

Alex Ellick has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociolinguistics from SUNY New Paltz, which was obtained from 2010 to 2014. They also have a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Geographic Information Systems from Penn State World Campus, completed from 2019 to 2020. Currently, they are pursuing a Master's degree in Geographic Information Systems from Penn State World Campus. Additionally, Alex holds certifications as a Certified Change Management Practitioner from Prosci, a GIAC Certified UNIX Security Administrator (GCUX) from the SANS Institute, and a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB) from the Lean Six Sigma Institute LLC.
