Sr. Director Digital Customer Experience & Analytics at Central Hudson

Amanda Sucato (DiMaso) has extensive work experience in the energy industry, primarily with Central Hudson and Central Hudson Gas and Electric Corporation. Amanda began their career in 2006 as an Assistant Engineer at Central Hudson Gas and Electric Corporation, where they were responsible for designing, maintaining, and upgrading the high voltage transmission system. Amanda also led design and construction projects, worked with LIDAR technology, collaborated with vendors and engineers, and ensured compliance with safety regulations. In 2009, they transitioned to a Supervisor of Energy Efficiency Services role, overseeing energy efficiency initiatives. Amanda later served as the Director of Energy Efficiency and Demand Response before taking on the role of Strategic Planning Coordinator in 2018. In 2021, they became the Organizational Change Management Lead, and in 2022, they were appointed as the Director of Customer Analytics. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director of Digital Customer Experience and Analytics.

Amanda Sucato (DiMaso) earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Syracuse University in the years 2001 to 2005. Amanda then pursued a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering at Columbia Engineering and completed it between 2006 and 2010.
