Sharon A. McGinnis

Sharon McGinnis has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at Central Hudson since June 2009, where Sharon has held several leadership roles including Senior Vice President and Vice President of Human Resources & Safety. Prior to joining Central Hudson, Sharon worked at Dow Jones from February 2001 to June 2009, holding positions such as Vice President and Human Resources Director for the Local Media Group. Earlier in their career, Sharon was AVP of Human Resources at Frontier Insurance Group, Inc. and held various roles at Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield, including Operations Manager and Corporate Training Manager. Sharon earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from SUNY New Paltz and attended Florida Atlantic University.
