Prior to this role, Grant held the position of Office Manager at Canadian Mechanical Specialty from May 1991 to December 2000. Educational qualifications include a degree in Business Information Systems, Computers, and Accounting from Herzing College, completed in 1992, as well as a certification in Hydronic Solutions Science, Design, Technology, and Products from Cleaver Brooks in 2018. Grant's foundational education was obtained at Edward Schreyer School between 1979 and 1985.
