Cecilia van Wijk currently serves as a Grants Associate at the Central Indiana Community Foundation, where responsibilities include managing grant rounds, providing technical assistance to not-for-profits, enhancing processes, and advancing equity and inclusion values. Previously, Cecilia held positions at the University of Indianapolis as a Program Advisor and Administrative Assistant, facilitating communication and supporting academic goals. Additional experience includes roles as a Project Specialist at The Container Store, an AmeriCorps Communication Intern at Ryves Youth Center, and various customer service and administrative roles. Cecilia holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication/Public Relations from Indiana State University and a Master of Science in Strategic Leadership and Design from the University of Indianapolis.

Central Indiana Community Foundation is a public charity that serves as a catalyst for progress and a supporter of community improvement. The Indianapolis Foundation and Hamilton County Community Foundation, then known as Legacy Fund, joined in 1997 to create CICF. Although each foundation continues to serve its own communities, being a member of aregional foundation allows it to benefit from strategic alliances and resources.
