Jena Brooks

Jena Brooks is an experienced data analyst currently employed at Central Indiana Community Foundation since October 2021, where responsibilities include enhancing data collection and analysis to support grant-making and community strategies. Previously, Jena held the role of data systems associate, focusing on data management for the Movement of 10,000 platform and providing technical support. Jena's background includes serving as communications and data manager at Health & Science Innovations, leading a CRM transition and diversity initiatives, as well as participating in AmeriCorps through Public Allies, contributing over 1500 hours of service. Jena has also interned in various capacities, enhancing organizational efficiency and community engagement at YWCA Boulder County and the Davis Phinney Foundation, among others. Jena holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Development and Social Relations from Earlham College.
